I encourage you to reach out to me in case you have any of the following:

  • Feedback about the website. We're all in this together!
  • Feature requests. What would you like to see on the website?
  • Corrections to the information on the website.
  • Abuse reports or content removal. If you see any content that infringes on your rights or violates the law, please let me know so I can rectify the situation.

Issues regarding your airline?

If you have concerns about your flight, such as delays, cancellations, or lost baggage, please contact your airline directly. You can find the contact information of airlines operating at NAIA in our Airlines at NAIA page.

Issues regarding the airport or airport authority?

If you have concerns about the airport, such as lost items, reporting incidents, or general inquiries, please contact the airport authority.

Do you think your rights as a passenger have been violated?

If you feel that your rights as a passenger have been violated, you can file a complaint against the airline. The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) is the government agency that handles these complaints.

Before filing a complaint, make sure you have read and understood your rights as a passenger. You can find the summary of the rights of air passengers on the Official Gazette of the Philippines website.

You can reach out to CAB via the following:
